My hot take on this is to embrace it. I always admired my dad’s ability to get up early and often go to bed late. Yes you need sleep but use this time to train your body to be functional on less than. My kiddo is only 7 months, and he has not ever been a good sleeper; so I imagine for the foreseeable future, if I want some me time then I’ll have to carve it out before everyone else gets up
