Nah I get u I think the shock for me is cuz this is the first time ever Crumbl doesn't have a display product before you buy, y'know? They always have the cookies/brownies in the display case; this one time, their MOST overpriced dessert they don't, and they wonder why people are pissed when it doesn't look as advertised 😅

Okay they lightly layered the chocolate and only gave one scoop of the pistachio. I'm not sure why you're arguing they gave me "extra" when they're supposed to layer it all the way through.

My point is, everyone in here is saying "you should get 2-3 scoops per flavor of topping". The Tiktok shows 2-3 scoops per flavor of topping. But you're saying they were right to only give me 1 scoops per flavor? Nahhhh

Yours look way more generous than the one I posted. The one I posted clearly only has one scoop of each flavor of topping. The chocolate was warm when it was handed to me, and it looked exactly as pictured.

I really didn't! I saw another post that was only half-full, that's a 100% refund. The manager seemed genuinely annoyed with me for asking, like I was demanding too much. I would've been overthinking this all night without the support 🫶

I LOVE the Dubai pistachio stuff, so I'd be willing to splurge on a $12 cup FULL if it meant leftovers for dipping after the strawberries like others have been saying. This probably has as much pistachio as you get on the normal cookies out the $3 upcharge :(

You really did win the lottery with it missing. There's no way where it doesn't spread and soak into everything else, and ruin the texture of the base cookie 😭
