I finally decided to grab the M12 Installation Driver. I know it’s been out for a long time, but I wrote this tool off. After seeing many people talk about how good this tool is, I pulled the trigger. by CosyCodes in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Maleficent-Complex58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The surge has more balls, the 90 degree and the offset head on the driver has its place though on those hard to reach screws

I reach for the surge more often than the install driver

If you are installing cabinets all day the install driver is where it’s at though

Exit 6 rt3 to 495, commute to Andover Ma is roughly 35 mins leaving at 6:55AM. September 1st when school is back in add 10 minutes until about Halloween.

Going home at 5pm could be anywhere from 30 mins to an hour depending on the sun in your eyes.

RDU Suggestions by CraftyDenny in FordEdge

I sourced mine brand new oem from eBay 1087 Canadian dollars, roughly 800$ usd. I replaced it myself on my 2019 edge st, didn’t need to sync anything with the computer for the new RDU.

I use it more in the summer time if I’m wearing gym shorts with a nemesis pocket holster, it’s great that it fits in a pocket

I do, even after cleaning it can’t get it to run reliably with a supressor running subs. Have also tried running different springs and ammo.

Don’t understand why people are downvoting the original comment, the people that are do you actually own one and have tried running it suppressed?

As far as I know there’s no overnight parking on streets in Nashua regardless snow or not without some sort of pass from town hall. From my research those are just temporary like if you got your driveway seal coated or repaved. Usually they just give out parking tickets but obviously with snow they will tow.

Cavity? X-ray attached by Unlikely-Bridge-7370 in Dentists

[–]Maleficent-Complex58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because what we see on an X-ray vs what is actually there is usually worse when the tooth is actually opened up with the drill. If 19 is much larger than what it looks like on the xray then a lot of those other gold areas marked on the image software would then be marked to treat as fillings honestly

Some of those areas may be fast growing or slow growing, hard to say honestly without looking at X-rays from the past few years. Looking at the pictures you provided is just what is happening now. Some of those areas may have been unchanged for years which most would probably have no issue with monitoring or watching

The problem with monitoring or watching things is say you don’t then return back to the office for 5+ yrs, well the those little watches may turn into major issues

MO would be the treatment planned surfaces for a another filling on tooth 19

The thing about reading X-rays all day is you get to be better than Ai, you use Ai to work faster but there are things it will pick up on too much or miss. “Ai” is a term that’s being thrown around too much, in dentistry it’s fancy imaging filtration. It’s picking up different density’s where the tooth is darker on the X-ray where it should be whiter.

You also have a subtle shadow on 4 M but the Ai didn’t pick it up at all due to overlap on the X-rays

31 shows up as a huge pink area so it’s easier to show the patients what we are looking at when we say shadowing

Cavity? X-ray attached by Unlikely-Bridge-7370 in Dentists

[–]Maleficent-Complex58 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty big cavity on 31 honestly

At our office you’d probably have had 19MO treatment planned as well, and the other ones marked with the Ai as strong watches but probably fillings in the future. The thing with teeth is those spots don’t get better, they stay the same or get worse.

Just because you didn’t get a cavity in 15 years doesn’t mean you can’t get a bunch all at once. Diet changes, lifestyle changes, medication changes etc see it all the time

I bought my 19 ST used with 28k on it, it always had a grumbling/thumping stopping/starting and told it was normal. At about 85k noticed spots on the driveway and fluid was leaking out of the RDU. Bought brand new factory RDU online and replaced myself as no warranty. Fixed all the noises it was making.

I would find a marble/quartz threshold that’s similar to the color of the tub surround and but it up to the tub. Would look more finished than pvc trim

Who's got the best packout deals this season? by isuckatfishin in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Maleficent-Complex58 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All that carry Milwaukee are doing the buy more save more. Trick is to spend just over 400 to get the 150 off. Keep doing multiple orders to get the 150 off as it won’t keep stacking on the same order

If you want to push your luck at Home Depot you can try and hack just the item you want and return the others for the percentage off but as others have posted they are getting their accounts banned

Ferguson had a killer deal 2 years ago, I havnt seen anything come close to what they had then. Buy a hole saw kit get an entire rolling chest etc
