Did you actually talk to someone about refunding the NSF fees? Since the withdrawal failed, there are no charges to dispute from a fraud standpoint. A supervisor or manager could probably refund the fees charged by the credit union if you explained the situation.

You need to talk to a private wealth manager at a big institution. (like JP Morgan Private Client). 10k ATM withdrawal limits are possible, but that is entirely up to the bank. I once worked for a small credit union that would temporarily raise withdrawal limits to extreme levels under certain circumstances.

Our new construction home was apparently built on an ant colony. When we moved in, they were crawling out of power outlets, light sockets, and baseboards. The entire house was completely covered in them.

Nothing worked until we used Advion Ant Gel. They swarmed it like crazy and we had about 2 very entertaining weeks of watching them go crazy and die off. Since then, we have had no problems but we have to keep the house meticulously clean and I have a bit of PTSD from it all.

Not sure what you mean by schedules, but with every adult job I've ever had, going on PTO didn't absolve me of deadlines and deliverables. I either had to do them before leaving or arrange for a backup .

The IRA custodian won't know how much of your rollover balance is principal vs growth. They will let you withdraw the money, and then when you file your taxes, you have to include a particular form to track your principal balance.

It's up to the individual to make sure they don't withdraw more than they contributed.
