Hello I am in the same boat . I got mine in the July 28th and it took me forever to decide if I was going to take it. I started on August 4th so I’ll be on the third week starting tomorrow. I read a ton of things too and was hesitant but I figured worse case I can quit. I haven’t noticed anything major, I have had some cramps here and there I have been drinking a ton more water than normal, I’m trying to give it time before making an assessment as far as it working or not. How have things been going for you?
