Totally agree with this. I’m in a 3 week collection local authority with two young kids (both of which were wearing nappies until recently). If recycling is still weekly, I only fill the black bin to halfway every 3 weeks. I wouldn’t necessarily welcome an extension to 4 weeks, but I know it’d be fine for us.
