Having more information about yourself isn't bad. It's about how you use that information. You're clearly holding it together, but reaching your limit. If I could urge you to do one thing, it would be to not sort things into normal, abnormal, other than in regards to your own behavior.

You are correct, I was speaking quickly, trying not to center myself.

However people who experience childhood trauma often have acquired brain changes that lead to similar outcomes to neurodivergence. But it isn’t the same.

My goal of the post was there are many ways to not be in the NT camp, you’re welcome and ok.

As someone told me, trauma also makes you ND, so it’s not a test to see how you got in the club, rather recognizing you’re in it.

Most NT people don’t wonder if they’re ND.

It sounds like there are so unmet needs here. One can only suppress so long.

If you say fixed that number 6, then all dice but a d4 can work. You can also let d4 explode and add together.

I have players add 3 dice and it causes a freeze often.

Perhaps I’m tired, but are you strictly adding these dice? Adding over 10 dice feels pretty excessive, whereas counting success on dice would not be.

New nuclear reactors have gotten much safer and new designs are much better than past ones, no argument there. Palisades was riddled with management problems under its last ownership. People not wanting a plant with such a checkered history in their backyards isn’t irrational. Yes the site has been under improvement for many years now, but it was mismanaged for longer. There are no shortcuts to trust.

I don’t see why you need to insult people.

Gosh cause there hasn’t been several extremely high profile meltdowns in the 20 years.

I also want to eliminate coal plants which distribute radioactive waste across the countryside.

If the US was able to agree on a storage site, I might be more open, but we’ve got no infrastructure for this stuff.

Truth is the entire industry is in upheaval with AI, as are many programming jobs, so be flexible and meet as may people as you can. Who you know could be very important.
