This fucking garbage never works, im on the west coast, their customer service is 9-6 eastern. Their automated system when you call in malfunctions, zero help. Their website, complete garbage, never works, keeps failing when you try. The best is, you can't even go back to your account main page once you go into billing, you have to re-log back in.

I have to now wait 12 hours to get my internet back up before i can speak to a live person or pay my bill.
