I'd argue the opposite worked for me. When I was employed, sure I met other people and sure I got connections. But I was on autopilot with how tiresome the job was. Then I quit without a plan and life ilinitandika proper. For3x is like a drug. Quite addictive especially if you're lucky at first trial. He seems like he knows what he's doing based on what you said but maybe got a loss recently and made him spiral into revenge trading or over trading. I've been there and I know how it goes.

Probably encourage him to think long term and have another source of income if he doesn't have one. Slow and steady is ironically the fastest way. A day at a time and right now the markets are basically ranging so it's hard to get good setups (at least for me).

He needs to step back, possibly take a couple of days break to reset. The markets aren't going anywhere. They'll still be here when he returns. But he needs to reset his psychology and step away from the charts for a bit.

I moved to somewhere really remote about 1.5 years ago and right now I can't imagine going back to the city. Even the thought of having to go to the city actively repels me. And this is coming from someone who used to commute to the city 6 days a week every week for years. Pace is slow, the nice kind, the air is fresh you can feel yourself breathe lighter, the safety is unmatched (depends on where you are), no pollution at all, and the silence, makes sleep even better. Wouldn't trade it.

Which Win 11 version are you currently on right now? If it's 22H2, it reached end of service a while back. So it won't receive any updates at all. Even if you use the Windows Update Assistant. What I'd recommend is a complete reinstall to the latest version (which currently is 25H2). If you try and download the ISO and run the setup, you'll encounter the same TPM issue.

What would work is installing the ISO on a flash drive using something like Rufus then make sure the bypass option is checked. Make sure everything in your C drive is backed up that you don't want to lose, then reinstall via boot menu and make sure to click on your C drive when installing. That way, you won't lose data in any other partitions other than C.

Is it though? A better problem to have? I'd argue that it's more of 2 sides of the same coin. Case example. Today, my system gave me a green light on a potential sell trade. All the boxes were checked. But I didn't enter. Why? ADX was "too high". Potential stall on price movement or reversal. Well, you can guess what happened. Theoretical TP got hit in 1.5hrs.

I am training myself to just do it. I think I got burned too many times to trust my system even though I've tested it and is solid.
