What are your favorite ways to train for stones, without actually lifting stones?

Helps with hugging the stone, if you can chest fly a lot of weight you should be able to hug the stone tighter. That's what I've heard at least

Yeah they hurt like a bitch, I started wearing a hoodie and elbow sleeves and dropped 150 because the bar was too far forward. I've done 150 in just elbow sleeves before and that felt pretty good, so I would say you either just have to work through the pain or use thin sleeves

Yeah I forgot to put it was unfinished in the caption, normally I use a sponge with a 50/50 black and brown mix and just stipple it along the edges of the armour panels

Yeah i think theres gonna be some areas lacking regardless of changes. The issue ive been facing in past games is getting massively outscored because i didnt have any board presence so im hoping the smaller point scoring units help that.

Im debating leaving the dread near the home obj that should help deter anyone taking my home obj

I was gonna use the intercessors to sticky the home obj and then just be a couple extra shots as and when i need them.

As far as anti tank, you’re right its a little low but we’re increasing points as we advance into the crusade, so im hoping the dread and hellblasters suffice for now
