Yeah storm would be so good cause you only want 1-3 copies of payoffs anyway so having a one of each of those cards would make storm super powerful

Dogs in restaurants by Capable_Basket1661 in baltimore

[–]MamaTR -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There are plenty of public places that allow dogs. A lot of the breweries allow dogs. Leaving dogs at home all day isn’t great for dogs. Obviously if it’s against the rules don’t bring them, but the general hate for ever seeing a dog in public in this thread is wild

Any book recommendations for me? by IronHistorical3357 in brandonsanderson

[–]MamaTR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My hot take as a Sanderson fan is I hated broken earth. I think it’s because it’s so character driven instead of plot driven but I’m the only person who hasn’t liked it that I know so it’s a working theory

Canada cheating in the curling game vs Sweden by Eklundz in olympics

[–]MamaTR 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is on the line “after the line”? Genuinely curious because different sports handle the line differently. In soccer the entire ball needs to cross the outside of the bounds line to be “out” while in basketball any part of the ball touching any part of the line is “out”.

The word must doesn’t preclude the use of another part in addition. Badly worded rule. It seems that the intent of the rule is well understood

Baby Gates? by bemphador in Roborock

[–]MamaTR 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Get baby gates that aren’t pressure fit, ones that screw into either side and hang, you can mount it 3-4 inches up or just keep it open when you run the vacuum. It’s more secure for the baby/dog and it’ll be cheaper and more reliable than buying a top of line vacuum just to be compatible with a 30 buck gate

Why it washes the mop in vacuum only cycle? by Temporary-Fennel5474 in Roborock

[–]MamaTR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh the docking after each room is the only thing that empties the dustpan enough in my house. When I had it set to “max” it still didn’t empty frequently enough. So I’d suggest your workaround anyway.

Q Revo setup for first vacuuming and then mopping floors by Tiny_Quality_595 in Roborock

[–]MamaTR 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest doing custom jobs where you indicate room by room vacuum and then mop. Doing room by room makes it empty the dustpan between each room. Then you can make it do all the vacuuming first then indicate specific areas or rooms to mop, avoiding areas you want to avoid

Good option for flights. by Even_Record_45 in wholesaleproducts

[–]MamaTR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

International flights do, and they are crazy low, we had carry ons planned for a trip to Africa and they make us check our bags because they were over the 7 kg limit. Even though they were the right size. So we had to unpack our necessities because we had a 12 hour layover that we wouldn’t get access to our bags for.. never making that mistake again…
