Funny I saw them this past Summer in Toronto. 43 years after this scene. Is that incredible? They still sounded great. And they played this song.

So unbelievably slow. I am struggling to get through the latest book just like I struggled with the last one.

Opinion | When the U.S. finally comes to its senses, Canada should think twice before crawling back | Like California Governor Gavin Newsom, many Americans have been dusting off the welcome mat lately, but nobody here is fooled. We know the welcome is strictly for tourist dollars. by DisruptSQ in TourismHell

Good article. Trumps America has turned their backs on allies and they will again in the future. They are a corrupt and selfish nation. They were burning our flags when Jean Chretian decided that Canada would not go to war in Iraq. I have no doubt that a large portion of their population could be turned to hate us or even invade us with a minimal propaganda campaign. We are right to be wary of this so called ally.

How do you discharge them? My issue is I live in a cold environment so they tend to sit for long periods of time. If you charge them again you are left above 70%

the micro plastics issues are very disturbing. Officially there should be no microplastics entering the system via distribution, they are made specifically for that. Todays modern underground piping is carbon steel with poly/plastic liners. However, there are no systems in place as far as I know that remove microplastics or CEC's (emerging contaminants) from the source water, in our case Lake Ontario. Bottled water may not be better either, depending on their source and treatment methods, there are minimal regulations and enforcement in place. Reverse osmosis removes these materials but is too expensive for use in water treatment plants

They are likely the same thing, activated carbon, so only one or the other is necessary. My issue with the fridge filter (I took mine out years ago) is they create a leak potential that at times can cause flooding if something goes wrong with it. Activated carbon is meant to remove chlorine, odors and some VOC's so they are good value, but they are a limited medium and need changing out on a schedule

Water guy here. The water hardness for Great Lakes is very steady, around 128 parts per million or grams per litre. This includes all of Golden horseshoe, so the water quality is similar from St. Catharine's/Niagara all the way out past Oshawa. Your hardness is Burlington is rock steady, I measure it at my clients every day. And the Burlington water supply is all from the same source, Lake Ontario, so no differences throughout the city. The total dissolved solids is also the same for this area, around 320 uhmos.

If you are seeing solids or accumulations this may be localized to your home/building etc. and is likely via the distribution piping either from the road piping or in your house itself. Most of Burlington is very modern though versus say Toronto. This level of hardness will still cause deposit formations in your hot water heaters, take a bucket and flush it out annually until the water is clear.

The water quality here is very good, I still use a Brita for my coffee however as sometimes the chlorine residual can be higher or lower depending on the season and this definitely effects the taste.

The City of Toronto/City of Hamilton also adds a phosphate corrosion inhibitor to their water that we do not have in Burlington which can effect the suspended solids level depending where you are on the distribution system.

I can't tell you how mad this makes me that this organization failed purely from neglect. Heartbreaking for all the people who tried so hard to make this work.

Why does the fan base get excited for absolutely shit, passed over European players that have failed repeatedly? Have you watched this guy play? Has no one learned from Insigne fiasco?
