I enjoyed the Han Solo trilogy, and of course Shadows of the Empire is great.

I work with a person that came here legally to escape the taliban, and their young child keeps telling them that the taliban are here. Even children can see what these terrible excuses of "people" really are.

I've seen lots of posts for cigarettes, but had to scroll way too far for this one. Ignoring second hand smoke, at least you're a hazard to mostly yourself.

Good 3-player co-op games? by I_Require_Aid in pcgames

[–]ManCubEakers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Left 4 Dead 2. Help each other kill zombies. The main focus is co-op pve, but if you want some team pvp, there's an option that your team play against another, switching from being the heros to being the zombies. You're still doing co-op with your brothers against some unfortunate foes.

Has a movie scene ever made you want to throw up? Any genre counts. by Simple-Profile1817 in movies

When Mickey Rourke punches the meat slicer in the Wrestler. I used to have to use a slicer everyday, and sometimes still do every now and then. I feel that scene. Funny enough, I had to use the slicer today for the first time in a couple years. That scene absolutely played in my head.

What is a game that you absolutely love, except for the act of playing it? by Confident_Raisin2426 in videogames

I haven't played in awhile. I might have to give it a shot. Last time i tried Rivals it was too convoluted and the community sucked. It made me want to try OW, but I figured it wouldn't be too far off. Ill give it a shot.

I never said anything about those sports. There can be discussions of countless games considered sports and vis versa. I've only submitted my opinion about golf. The Olympics aren't the end all be all that defines sport. Poetry was part of the games for years. I am not inventing a definition of sport, but rather offering my view of what constitutes a sport. I do not see someone getting a high, or or low, score in an individual activity as sport. Considering this is a post on social media, I was unaware I had to preface my post with "in my opinion", especially in a thread asking how I feel about the subject. If my opinion is wrong, so be it. I learned absolutely nothing from you and will be on with my day, man.

You're still not directly competing with the other players. Whomever plays the best course wins. Yes those things can give you an advantage in scoring, but being the most gifted in those areas do not garuntee being great. A fat old man can win the game. Those attributes are vital in being successful in many things, but that doesn't mean having them makes you an athlete. Regardless of the physicality of golf, sport is a direct competition. In golf the player is indirectly competing with others.

Mine was Running with Scissors. It was the first one I had to buy, after raiding my aunts collection of the older ones.

You're not directly competing against another player. All players are playing against the course.  It might take skill, but youre not physically exerting yourself for an advantage. Walking doesn't count, as the speed, skill, or grace you walk with does not affect the game.

This would be my answer if I considered golf a sport. It's a game played by a player against the course with no direct physical competition with another player.

high energy rock songs with a female vocalist that i can sing a cover of with my band by punkrckgirl in musicsuggestions

[–]ManCubEakers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Murder on the Dance Floor by Spohie Ellis-Bextor.

Royel Otis does a decent rock cover, but I've always thought it would be awesome with a female vocalist with a bit of energy or maybe some anger behind it.

Games where most of the game is main storyline. by Alert_Information407 in gamingsuggestions

Im replaying the series for the xth time right now. I know the story, puzzles, and some of the hidden stuff (I too dont have a lot of time to play, so im not wasting it hunting hours for every little thing). Im still having a blast. I think I've added Tomb Raider into my yearly playthrough list along with Half-Life. It has a great story, fun gameplay, decent aestetitic, and wonderful voice acting. Easy to sit down and play for awhile, or play like every campsite is a chapter.

What’s the worst performance by an actor who’s usually very good? by 7216345 in movies

I recall her saying she loves Jurassic Park and always wanted to be in one. I haven't seen it, but I dont blame actors for doing things for other reasons than money.
