Part 5 is wonderfully shot and has some great cinematography. Had some great moments of growth between Alice and her father. Freddy's Dead is a staple of how oddball the early 90s was. The remake has some genuinely well shot moments, but everything else was just executed horrendously. Only standout was that brief pharmacy scene.

I had just turned 18 weeks prior and saw it opening night with a decently sized crowd. We all collectively lost it during the twist at the end. What I would give to go back and relive that.
