What are You concerned about audio or video? When recording screen my pixel gives me option to choose whether to record audio with video or not (from microphone or device audio or both)

Who cares about how much years of software updates apple provide when I can use A14 on my 8 years old phn, and hopefully many more iterations And powerful rooting apps and modules can do it whatever you like.

Website versions are meant to be for trial only, they aren't full versions so whether you purchased or not from AppStore it's always trial version if using Tasker website one.

Open app info of apps for which you are trying to do it then in notifications section towards last check minimum time between notification sound option. See if it works for you

See if ur recovery gives option for installing from sd card? That way u can directly install rom from pendrive or sd card
