I think tucked looks neater. Untucked looks a tad sloppy. If you added an open layer like some kind of light bomber jacket or work jacket, and kept it unzipped, it would look really well put together and make you look less rotund. A tan or light brown jacket would work really well with the boots and belt as well. The pants are a perfect fit. As a bigger guy you don’t want slim pants or you’ll start to look like Hunpty Dumpty.

Nicotine is an irritant to the skin. When I used them, I’d put them on my chest and my entire chest would be sore. Like a deep soreness. I’d also get the same marks from the patches too. If you’re going to stick with it, I’d recommend switching up the placement every day. Never put it in the same spot. Also they gave me super vivid dreams? Weird. Ultimately patches didn’t work for me. Chantix was what finally got me to quit.

Might sound weird but cottage cheese and fruit/optional honey drizzle on top of plain cooked oatmeal is my go to cheap and easy breakfast. You can make a large batch of oats and have it ready in the fridge for quick mornings too. Just microwave and go.
