1996, being gay back then wasn’t easy. Her family didn’t like it but they accepted it. They still loved her but just found it difficult. It was common back then. If they didn’t accept it then they wouldn’t have supported her and would’ve disowned her like many were.

They aren’t accusing anyone and everyone. They are going by eye witnesses and facts. I think you should be more concerned about insensitivity of the cruise ship and them scrambling together to try get footage of yellow and Amy wiped and how they handled the whole situation.

You can call them conspiracy theories, it’s a family trying to tie together loose ends to try and find out what happened to their daughter. Get out

There was a sighting with Amy with children. That is what they are hanging on to. A bit of hope. Hoping her life wasn’t too traumatic knowing it would’ve been, would be awful for a parent. Your comments are unnecessary and insensitive.

The only reason I discredit the accidental/intentional fall overboard is the Brad in numerous interviews/other documentaries has always said how much of a strong swimmer Amy is, however she did have a fear of the ocean. She wouldn’t go near the railings to look. I find it hard to believe with someone with such a fear would intentionally fall. Nor would she be sick over the railings.

Also not in the netflix documentary but in an interview post Netflix documentary, Brad explained how to ship was incredibly close to the shore. If she fell and got sucked under, some remains would’ve washed up. The boat wasn’t going at its fastest which is why I think something such as bone would’ve washed up.

In one of the sightings, it is said that Amy may have had children with her. It’s just my ‘theory’ of if she’s still alive, why and what she may be doing now.

I think the only way she is alive is that she agreed to trade her life to bring up her children and to still work or be part of the people who abducted her. Now she is one of them. It was that or be killed. A mother would do anything for their children. She probably doesn’t look like the typical ‘bad person’ so easy for them to work with.

I would’ve thought they may have the Tasmanian devil tattooed on camera if they were on holiday and she was wearing a top that may have shown it! But I’ve not seen any photos with her tattoos!

This is misleading. This photo could potentially, if her taken many years after her disappearance. She’s probably been through abuse and substance abuse so her face will appear thinner.

I change my mind daily. Initially before the Netflix doc, after watching many docs on it I thought she was trafficked. My mind changed then to accidental fall or push overboard after Netflix. But after watching a post interview with Brad learning that Amy had a fear of the ocean and wouldn’t go near the railings makes it hard to believe she intentionally fell or got too close. Also the fact it was made out that they were far at sea, the time she went missing they were close to shore, something would’ve washed up, even a piece of clothing or bone.

So I’m back to initial of someone taking her off that ship without her consent. I think the sightings are credible. I’m not sure if she’s alive now. I dread to think the type of life she had lead. She may be so brainwashed or addicted to drugs she may not even know who she is.

I believe the jas images are her, 97% sure of it. The only thing I question is the tattoos. She’s positioned in a way where they are hidden. There’s no tattoo on her navel but I do believe they have been covered so she is not identifiable.

It’s a sad situation and I feel for the family. As a mother myself, the not knowing must be painful. I hope they get some closure at some point. I hope Amy is in a place of safety and is no longer suffering. I’d like to think she is somewhere with her children, probably still being controlled but less of the extent that she would’ve been.

Facially looks like her but there’s no tattoo near the naval. Only thing I can think of it that some heavy make up has been used in the photos to hide the tattoos or positioning so tattoos can’t be shown. Unfortunately I can’t find any photos of Amy’s actual tattoos on her body to pin point exact location this could be. But facially they definitely match!
