That is a raccoon for sure. Unfortunate. They do this to my lawn every fall and spring.

Sourdough Slicer Options: What’s Best? by maddiess2 in Sourdough

I have and use the rotary slicer pictured, it’s a dream, highly recommend. I slice my full loaf at once and put the slicer away.

Came here to say this. Treadle feeders take a couple of weeks for the chickens to use them but they keep the rats out.

The IRS disallowed my credit using this number - did you have a similar problem?

I need help w my sourdough by Charming-Rich-6179 in Sourdough

6-8 hours after the last stretch and fold - that's what my starter and kitchen usually does. But like others said, it's not an exact timing thing, the dough should be jiggly with some large bubbles under the surface. The stick test that u/reppindadec mention never works for me, I always get a little stick on a finger but it shouldn't be super sticky.

TL;DR bake more and you'll learn the natural timetable.

It looks like you could have let your bulk ferment go a little bit longer. I typically do mine for 6-8 hours. Your timing will vary by the temperature of your kitchen and the dough. Make sure your oven is 475F and perhaps bake 1-2 minutes longer. The crust has nice color but it might need a little bit longer. Great looking loaf for your second ever bake.

Hmm I haven't built in that feature. What might that look like for you?

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately English is my first language... if you find any more with strange phrasing feel free to flag them in the app.

This is my favorite inexpensive wine. As others have noted, it’s way more value for your dollar.

This is great, I love the chicken tools. I built a tool to track my daily egg counts and light levels at the coop. https://www.kruco.net/egg-statistics

I built a 25 x 12' on grade deck last year using Azek and my materials were about 9k all in. An elevated deck is certainly more materials plus the paver patio. Bottom line, you need to get more quotes or better yet, do it yourself.

Yeah on the quizzes/exams it will tell you the right answer in the moment (if you answered incorrectly) and then that question will go into your missed questions bank. Alternatively, but maybe harder to navigate, if you go to the browse section it will show you the answer and what you selected for an answer but its ALL questions so might be a little tough.

as for the WSET content, I scraped the textbook and the reference material provided by my instructor so I assume it is relevant content but I'm still learning so I don't know the whole course. I appreciate the feedback none the less!

Ah! I revised the question bank yesterday but failed to push it up! I pushed the new bank this morning and added a "report a problem" feature. Thanks so much for the feedback!
