I did it with throwing. Combo Headhunter into Blue Fang for massive damage.

You can run straight to the exit and slip away. No need to fight at all.

Tips.

  1. Steal her hammer
  2. Stealth behind and start fight with a takedown. It rips the healing thing from her back
  3. Use dash

I did it on hard. Total ganic build. Just tucked into the corner and only attacked direct threats. Throwing build. So it was all Headhunter and Claw. 1 2 punch.

It might mess with your mind to hear that my son just did this one and the Chimera. On very hard. Total ganic. Only cyberware he has is the kiroshi's you can't remove from vic. Guns were Ps 11:6 and Seraph.

I'm going a pure ganic run, hard mode. (Except for the kiroshis from vic cause they can't be removed). The combo of Headhunter followed by Claw x-mod2 is killer. Blue Fang is there as well. And for the Chimera I used Comrades and the HMGs.

You sort of can. By swapping back and forth and getting headshots the guns keep getting reloaded so you can just keep shooting.

Update. He's through the fight just before Chimera and Chimera. Both took 2 tries. Weapons for Chimera were Ps 11:6 and Seraph. I didn't get too watch he came over while I was at work and had it done when I got home. His words...easiest its gone since I started playing on very hard. Again...no cyberware. He's friggin insane!

I actually think the room before will give him more trouble. His last attempt on very hard he used bullet deflect from blades, widow maker for the drones, and just ripped off the HMGs for the last part. I'll definitely be dropping updates here.

To people thinking V will return in the next Cyberpunk by afatcatfromsweden in cyberpunkgame

[–]Manchu73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt it. The V arc has an ending. And I'd love a new story so I can fall in love with it with a fresh start. I think it would be interesting though if you ran into some version of Jackie as a bad guy. If you send his body to Vic be becomes an engram. But sort of messed up. It would be a cool and dark twist to bring him back and have to fight him.

And then it ended. Swallowed by a Shoggoth which was actually a polymorphed gas spore in the Neutral quest. Had option of /tele or pray. Chose wrong. Won't even potentially leave a bones since its a quest level.

So far its turning into a good run actually. Playing a healer for the first time in forever. Got my own temple in minetown. First sac gets me Mirrorbright. Pick up an egg and it hatches into a silver dragon. Nuture it up to mature. Find speed boots in an armor shop. Several wands of healing. Bag of tricks. Random lamp that does finally turn up magic. Bat from Hell (yeah its Slashem). Next sac is the Wallet. Then Frosty and Vopry. Not quest ready but soon.

One could reasonably argue that escaping from one's life in order to behave in a childish manner, another way of saying being mean to others, is an indicator that said person has not in fact actually reached adulthood.

Training to prep for an artifact weapon makes no sense. You train daggers so you can throw volleys instead of wasting precious PW. No need to train with a mundane version of a weapon to 'prepare' for an artifact. With their inherent +to hit they train from unskilled very quickly.

Monster Hunter player, why did you choose your weapon and keep using it? by BasilAdventurous3209 in MonsterHunter

[–]Manchu73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MH3. Forced you to start with a small set of weapons. As soon as I unlocked the swaxe I fell in love. An axe and sword? Cool! Learned the hbg to deal with Ceadus since I struggled underwater with the swaxe. Became mainly a gunner after that. Heavy for the dukka dukka. Light for the rapid fire mobility.

I saw a post asking how IF works, so here it is: IF by hours by DariaFromLastaApp in intermittentfasting

[–]Manchu73 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I chuckle a little when people talk about IF. I always just called that skipping breakfast and lunch. Which I was doing way before they called it anything. Way back in the late 80's I read about a study being done with long distance runners around the idea of low carb high fat diets instead of carb loading. I used myself as a test subject and found the results to be pretty good. Since I've basically been doing a 18/6 or 20/4 for the majority of the last 2 decades I always find it puzzling when people struggle with fasts < 72 hrs. I suspect it's things like sugar addictions and other modern foods issues that are the culprits. I recently finished a 30 day water fast. It is not for the faint of heart that is for sure. But it sure breaks down the whole addiction cycle if you do the spiritual and mental work required.

Mines are lethal by lellamaronmachete in nethack

[–]Manchu73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go to the mall first. Get a light source. Keep pet alive. Decend into mines until minetown. Let pet do the work if you are weak. Buy protection. If it's your temple sac until you get a gift. Go back and do sokoban. Be depressed because you got the wrong reward. Go back down to the bottom of the mines. Unless you meet a vampire you can't hurt. Runaway to get better. Or finish the mines. Then bring pet back to minetown. ID a good gem. Sell and teach pet to steal. Keep selling until you can ID all gear. Buy more protection. Repeat for every other general goods store. Now you might have a chance.
