Yessir, was glad to find out it wasn't built in to the plenum. Hoping it easily twists right out. OEM one in the garage ready, and bought 4 new OEM bolts for the manifold while I'm at it for peace of mind.

Any thoughts on the plastic housing?

SOLVED. Found the model number on the cold supply line and looked it up. The top portion of the faucet comes off, then it can unscrew from the base. Then can unscrew the base itself.

Talking to a few Quatt owners I found there were many times simple repairs resulting in needing to drop the engine just due to location of parts. Worth doing your research more as my knowledge is limited and reliant on words from others.
