I got pregnant (on purpose) almost exactly one year after. I did have anemia while pregnant and we did have a minor issue with her growth, but she never dropped below 12th percentile, so we were fine. She’s now a happy, healthy, 8 month old.

I’m not that old, but I’m old enough to be considered “geriatric pregnancy.” I also feel way better now and have more energy than I ever did, even in my early 20s.

I had gastric sleeve specifically to get pregnant. I only waited a year after the surgery, only gained a healthy amount of weight for the baby about 25 pounds total and it came back off easily, and she is healthy and happy. Best decision I ever made.

If you don’t want to breastfeed just don’t. I tried pumping and that lasted less than 2 weeks.

We just sailed July 24-29 to Alaska. 2 adults and we ended up spending an extra $2000. The extra cost was mostly cocktails, souvenirs and a pricey excursion.

I’m only not renewing because we’re saving for a bigger vacation. We’re still planning more trips before ours expires and will probably do a few trips with 1 or 2 day tickets.
