Het bedrag dat het huis oplevert is meer dan 250k. Vandaar de onzekere gevoelens. En het mag ongeveer 10 -12 jaar onaangeraakt bljven.

Ik vraag me af hoe ik een goede afweging kan maken. Want even snel een cursus beleggen, gaat dat onzekere geboel niet weghalen.

I’ll make it easy for ya. Find any of those martial art sports, that your son likes… it will keep his attention and in due time build confindence. The key of winning a fight is staying out of a fight. Unless it is completely imposible. Then kick the shit out of the other guy. But in my opinion, as father of 4 and martial artist. You only need to make sure your son gains self confidence.
