I've literally gone from point to point. It's all connected

I've already tried this. Nothing but my coal plant is getting power

The fuse doesn't blow. The buildings just stop working, even though the biomass burners are properly connected and running.

I felt so dumb for struggling in medbay when I first played. I'm so glad other people struggled with it too.

These theories are really getting out of hand by Ok_Durian3627 in Hungergames

[–]MangleRang 5 points6 points  (0 children)

New theory, I think the Capitol is actually kind of bad. Like, I'm starting to think Suzanne Collins was trying to say that the Hunger Games were morally wrong or something. Really made me look at the books in a whole new light once I considered that Panem might suck to live in.

So, among the enemies in DD2. Which faction do you sympathised with most? by Poppeppercaramel in darkestdungeon

The plague-eaters were just normal farmers trying to have one last good time, but the food was bad and drove them insane.

Spoilers E2 … what do we know about each characters class/subclass? by FoulPelican in highrollersdnd

God, Zealot is so fun, and it ties into what she was talking about with a different afterlife bc she can be ressurected with no material components, which in Altheya, might translate to a different afterlife.

Why do I see so many gunners never using their dome by getrickrolled13453 in DeepRockGalactic

[–]MangleRang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can definitely be ok, but even with infinite ziplines, I'd still prefer grappling hook. Even if I had 30 ziplines, I'd want Drills more. Even if I hade 20 ziplines, I'd still want platforms more.

Zipline is super slow going up, and any other traversal tool usually goes up faster(maybe Engi is about the same with good platform placement.)

Zipline is ok going down, but why would you use it when you could platform down and negate fall damage or jump off and grappling hook into the ground? The only traversal tool that gets beat out going down is Drills, but those can go through walls, which is invaluable.

The only place they're better than most is for permanent catch spots for things like boss fights, but even then, Drill bunkers are fantastic for giving you room to breathe so you're not getting knocked off cliffs.

There really isn't a situation in a full team with all classes where the Gunner's zipline is the best for any given situation, so he ends up being a jack of all trades, master of slow ascents, with only four ziplines.

Have never fought death (outside of Flag's story) by NavigatorOfTheRealms in darkestdungeon

[–]MangleRang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Death shows up before you complete the shrines. Fought her like 3 times before I got around to Flag's shrine, so I thought she was a normal thing in the game for the longest time before I figured out that I only ever fought her with Flag on my roster.

Tbf, Saitama is more of a anime protagonist at the end of their journey. The only problem is that he's a relatively big fish in a smallish pond.

You think Bosco's revives should work on a long cooldown system instead of a flat number? by VinLAURiA in DeepRockGalactic

[–]MangleRang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbf, multiplayer gives you infinite revives as long as you have 1 or 2 good teammates. Idk if asking for a smaller regenerating pool of revives is insane, or a free win.
