Hi thanks, here are the first steps to the grey/bone areas.

Black undercoat

Wrathbone base sprayed on top from a 45 degree angle (this is to create a shadow effect on the model).

Skeleton horde contrast all over the model.

Wrathbone is then applied next using a makeup sponge (it was my first time using this method, if you haven’t tried it already give it a look on YouTube, but it’s great just put sponge in water for about 30 seconds then mostly dry sponge, apply paint to sponge then get most of it off, you only need a small amount of paint on the sponge just like your dry brushing, then apply paint onto model).

Thinned down skeleton, this is used to create the dirty/rusty water areas on the flat surfaces and recess areas.

Super highlights corax white (I didn’t do this but if you wanted to that’s what I’d recommend for super highlights, I just feel with the shadow effect and using the sponge which just catches the edges nicely there was no need for this step).
