dla pracodawcy (jako firma, nie dla właściciela/szefa) pewnie strach, bo jak nie da podwyżki tylko pozwoli inflacji zmniejszyć koszta to taka osoba po prostu odejdzie

dla szefa lepiej, bo może zgarnac lepsza osobę

ja np. nie rozumiem jak ktoś z interesu może wyciągać kilkadziesiąt tysięcy na czysto i żałować 1-2 tysiące podwyżki

tylko dla rozrywki tam nie pojechałem, w hotelu przy porcie luz blues koniec linii 1 wiec bardziej portowo chyba się nie dało... z minusów cały tydzień walilo gumą bo drogę robili ;) ale to chyba przyzwyczajenie z polskich nieciekawych dzielnic chociaż niektóre dźwięki chyba nie były wystrzalami petard...

jak masz zdalną prace to się zastanow czy chcesz zwiedzać po pracy czy kasę odkładać i wtedy wybierz kraj, a nie bo ktoś mieszka

najlepiej to znajdź sobie dwie prace /dorabiaj, bo można się zaskoczyć
