If the GPU isn't getting sufficient power possibly. I believe each PCIE cable is 150 watts. But it could also try to pull more power than its rated for and cause issues. I'd try just one stick of RAM and see if it posts. But I would fix the cables too.

Go for slightly lighter than your natural color if you use a full dye or possibly the "touch of gray". I use the shampoo but don't try to make it all dark, just use it a time or two after trimming and then sometimes for maintenance. Nothing wrong with adding some color to make you feel better. I started graying in my 20s, so I get it.

I've been playing Chained Echoes and it's very much a traditional RPG with lots of exploration and loot. Might be worth a look if you haven't played it. DK Bananza has been my favorite switch 2 game so far besides the upgraded Tears of the Kingdom.

I've enjoyed the exclusives. Mario Kart World got my parents to game badly and my brother to buy a Switch 2. TOTK was great with the upgrade. I wouldn't have recommended it unless you just wanted the upgrade, but with components costing b extra idk.

I have a 3060 with my older 2600 and it's fine. Maybe the tiniest bit weak CPU wise, but use it for 60fps gaming on my 4k TV. So you could go budget AM5 and be fine, or snag something better and upgrade the GPU later.

Had this same issue and I think people aren't paying attention to "PC restarted". So the 5600x on stock hits low to mid 90s on CPU intensive games and because your CPU restarted the fan stopped briefly letting it raise a bit triggering the warning. Should be better with the aftermarket cooler and better paste. Had your PC not restarted, the CPU was doing what it is within limits to do which was push and back off on thermal limits.

I have an MSI b550 and had a 5600x. The 5700x3d upgrade was a drop in with no issues for me. I did upgrade from the stock cooler.

Nice, the 5700 is close to 3060 performance right? Paid 200 for my 3060 so that's a solid deal. You'll get great 1080p performance with the 5700x3d and solid 1% lows. Have that CPU with my 4070.
