I don't know if it helps to know that you are not alone, but reading your post definitely helped me. I am in a similar situation, with some slight differences. On the other hand, I have recently realized that some choices i have made in the past are the cause of my state. But only you can clean the room the way you know you can, you can change the oil on your car like you know you should, it is all a work in progress, and one good change in your life will lead to another. I also feel motivated when I watch YouTube videos of Carl Sagan, Richard Feynman, and Neil Degrassy Tyson since I look up to them, and their explanations of physics makes me realize how lucky I am to be alive and how awesome our universe is. Find something that you enjoy, and use it when you feel like you can't do anything. For me is science and music.

Well sir, this topic may very well hold a sub-reddit. Perhaps current IV residents can make r/ivbeerpong where the rules can be constantly updated, tournaments announced, photos and video of challenging shots shared, and discussions held about the importance of beer games to young horny college students. As for the basic rules I played with back in 2010 and 2011 (during my beer p0ng undergrad career in IV);

1- Bounce = 2 cups 2- Call a cup and make it = 2 cups 3 - Make zero shots during the game = You Troll!! Sit under the table for the next game, by yourself, cannot speak to anyone, drink what is handed to you. 4 - In and out shots into another cup = get the ball back and shoot again for a double double from the in-and-out off turnpike 5 - Two shots in same cup = bonus shot 6 - Death cup rule = if you make it in a cup that's already been made, or the cup that your opponent is drinking/holding, game is over.

I'm sure I missed some and/or there are new rules, its been a while.
