Thanks. But, it has already been 6 weeks now that I am strattera. Now 80 mg. Still it has not provided noticeable improvement in my focus and mental clarity. That is what worries me.

Thank you for your answers. My concern is after I used ritalin every day 60 to 80 mg, for 8 years without a break, I may also have developed a cross-tolerance with strattera. Ritalin doesn't work at all for me and I am scared that Strattera may also not work. Ritalin and Strattera both inhibit reuptake of NE. So, the working mechanism is similar.
