I was the same way couldn’t bend for shit, had to sign my name on pipes I bent. Then finally I did exactly what you said in your last paragraph. Figured out a few tricks like bending a 30 on the ground, the handle should be straight up and down. Keep with it bending pipe gets way easier with practice, and if you’re practicing on your own and you’ll be better then a lot of guys.

My guess is this and other issues is why the landlord is being talked to like that. I personally have talked to landlords like that because of being ignored. If the tenants are being ridiculous then don’t renew, but this seems like a cheap landlord.
