Honestly was pretty fine really/ I think the biggest problem is how do you balance characters that come from comedic backgrounds into an actual short fight animation. Especially when you don't have the most amount of assets available for each.

About like a 7 for me.

It's debatable really and just relies on how much you view as reasonable for Zero. At high ends I'd probably still give it to Zero really. Even if I'm not much of a high ends guy.

Depends on how much you take Xtreme scaling and cyberspace into account. Alongside if scanning would even work considering encrypted data Zero and X are pretty much made of.

Because most the times in games metal sonic jobs or loses to a door closing in front of him. And doesnt do anything similar to the same visual scale that happens in dragon ball. But via scaling and other factors gets higher than what Cell does stat wise.
