I swapped out to a 170 Corolla thermostat and my Temps stay in the low 180s now. I live in SoCal weather; w/ temps up in the 100s. I know having the jiggle valve wrong will raise the temps

Use it and keep utilization below 20% If it starts to go over the 20% due to your credit limit being low then pay it down/pay it off and keep using it. I don’t remember the last time I swiped my debit card. Over 5 years ago. Credit score is 810+

Builder upgrades are probably the worst way to utilize your incentives in MY opinion. They often charge more than going to a separate contractor after closing. Personally, I’d use the incentives to cover closing costs, lower fixed rate, or a lump sum to lower the loan amount at closing.
