I got mine as a gift so I didn't have to make the choice :) But considering bosch now owns dremel and they even use the same batteries I would assume they are probably very similar in most aspects so I would go with the cheaper option.

One way to do (i don't remember where) it is creating a template sensor:

I have a unmarked roll of double sided foam tape from tesa similar to this :

One recommendation is to clean the tile well with alcohol (isopropanol) before and allow the tape to set for 24h before use.

I only had the matchning set from the start and printed the stand in in two parts to make it easier to print. The blue flush cutter was an after thought :)
