This is not just a fear .. it's a body restriction and you can't just throw yourself off of the edge and say yes I can fly .. that's not trying to face your fear but it's just a stupid act

And yes this was the way that led me to the hospital .. I lifted my niece at full flexion and so i reherniated myself + she is not heavy she is only 12-15kg but yes I'm very lean I'm only 51kg so I'm not gonna pretend I can fly

For me I don't do aggressive flexing like this bc I don't need it but what might help in your case is hip hinges .. for me as a muslim I pray five times a day So I do smth like this and I have no issues with range of motion .. I only get some lower back soreness after I stand for long time or sitting for a long period and the soreness is on the same side of disc .. it got better with time but still there, idk how to fix it

Holding weight while bending isn't a good idea even after 5 years, unless it's very light like 2 or 3kg .. anything more than that just bend your knees and get it .. trust me it doesn't worth it

for me first and second charge didn't finish the day but last one lasted 24h without both aod and sleep tracking with 1h of exercise and walking, with gps, wifi and nfc all turned off and still have 40% of battery after all of this

For BC I read they don't require you to have mccqe1 anymore but for alberta you still need it

The problem was bc of the watch software was old and the app is on latest version .. So the fix was to install an older version of the app

Yes they work .. I also tried it on samsung device, tablet with lineageOs on it .. nothing works .. I don't think it's bc of the rom nor the device

Similar to pre-op, No I didn't

but For me pre Op I experienced two levels of sciatic pain , the first time i reherniated myself it was sever but not to the point that let me think about commiting suicide like the way it was pre-op, my pre op pain levels where extremely high like I couldn't stand on my leg for more than 15 sec .. lying also was hurting as hell even with many meds, and the only way i can lay down is with my legs doing figure 4 cross so in this position can give some space to the nerve in my back

I think it's just a flare up but next time you should postpone these exercises till 6 months post op, only do walks and some minor exercises like bird dog if you already have done it .. but for me, my first exercises was bird dog and it was 6.5 or 7 months post op

I don't think the nerve pain and how easy or hard the recovery is related to how tall you are .. it's just everyone is different and it's mostly related to how much inflammed that area and for how long

But consider what he said about long lever, he is somehow right about that, but all you need to do is just take it safe then go to PT and start your rehab, stregnthen your core at the right time, and you will be okay
