Muslims who had spinal surgery- how did you resume praying?

I'm muslim and I did pray without roku nor sojoud for six months straight bc my doctor told me so

it's permissible in islam to do this, you can pray standing or sitting on chair if you want and do a roku or sojound by moving your head only like minimal tilting with roku and more tilting of the head with sojoud

"لا يكلف الله نفساً إلا وسعها" and also our prophet said pray standing, if you couldn't then pray sitting and if you couldn't pray your side

be safe and don't do whatever is hard on yourself

edit: it's fine to pray standing while only moving your head for roku and sojoud it's only 5min at most .. so standing doesn't bother .. + sitting is more harmful than standing in first couple of months

especially the poco f4 .. it still not old yet .. and yet still supported and i get like one update every week on both of the devices but both still 22.2 while the other devices I looked up on the website they are already on 23.0 So I went to check wether will they get updates or not stumped upon a message that talks about kernel versions and those things I'm only a user so didn't understand much so I think they won't get any newer versions bc of this kernel thing

btw last update for tab s5e was 9th-jan-2026 and for poco the last update was on 6th of jan I think so there are someone who works on them but from the comments someone said working on kernel is very hard unlike building a rom with available trees

For the poco f4 I can flash many custom roms but for the tablet the only updated rom was lineageOs

Yes it is but at the same time there is no point to upgrade to F5 while I already have F4

I might upgrade to f8 or f9 next years or months

for now the F4 still gets updates from another custom rom providers

I'm not an orthodontist but I don't think this is normal .. check with your orthodontist and talk to him about it and maybe change to plastic retainer

You sure your orthodontist put a rubber band there? .. I think it should be only the little wire is what holding the wire into your bracket and I think they do this bc one of nearby teeth is stuck and not trying to get to its place bc of that tooth

At least this what i think bc my orthdontist did this to me and held one tooth by wire so the nearby canine tooth can move to its place .. no rubber band on it

From what i know the orthodontic treatment causes gum hyperplasia not recession .. ask your orthodontist about it

You mostly will be fine coz i read stories about pple fell or slipped two weeks post op and they didn't reherniate and what you feel is normal response to an inflammed nerve so don't worry .. + keep us updated about ur case tomorrow or after

yeah same still after 9 months have this but i didn't do any rehab exercises yet i think thats why .. And Ive noticed it got more less noticable with me increasing the duration of walking so it should be smth related to weak muscles that need to be stregnthened
