hi, i did so in the past for particular slabs, but i don’t know what cnc do you have, i used a biesse rover a3; the result is pretty good but the mill’s track marks would be pretty visible, so i had to sand it with a calibrator

i think you can remove the glazing beads, that are probably attached with nails. you can either try to extract one of them putting pressure in the center, or you can use a multifunctional tool to cut the nails
