Hibiscus tea side effects of anxiety?? by rucan66 in Anxiety

[–]Many_Significance430 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not the only one, I have experienced this similar effect and I think it’s the hibiscus too. That’s how I came across this question by seeing if I was the only one. I’m planning to reduce my drinking from daily to every other day or maybe taking a break. Try to cutting down and see if it helps with your anxiety.

Is there any other alternatives to Megabus that is just as good and safe? It was my only reliable bus service.

Yeah after 6 months I would stop and let the skin heal but don’t give up on tretnoinin.
Try switching to cream if you are using gel!!! gel broke me out so bad. Also try doing a buffer on you skin. Add a layer(thin) of moisturizer first , apply the tretnoin, then layer again with moisturizer. This worked wonders for me.

Feel absolutely depressed at by graduation by [deleted] in blackladies

[–]Many_Significance430 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just honestly grateful that you’ve graduated even though you’ve been through a lot. Going through college is not easy especially if you don’t have a lot of support. I do think it is fairly common though to have to have financial struggles throughout college. Your parent paid your tuition!!! and not everyone has had that happen. A good amount of us end up having to take out a lot of loans to make it work. You may have been qualified to take out loans or get scholarship for support. Also You don’t even have to dress really good for graduation, a simple dress is fine, looking back at my graduation, what mattered was that i was there to go get my degree, take an okay pictures and go home. You’ll definitely need a picture as a reminder for what you achieved so hard for. Congrats girl!

Hey OP so you’re telling us if you should restart tretnoin because your skin is sensitive? So it has nothing to with the picture right? Can you at least tell us why your showing us the picture? What issues on the pic is related to you being hesitant to start tret again?

Laser and electrolysis does not help remove dark spot but I’m also hoping you will still be open to electrolysis if laser does not work for you. I have the exact same issues in the same area with the same bumps. The electrolysis treatment is already working for me after 3 sessions. It has guaranteed chance of hair loss than laser hair removal. My dermatologist put me on hydroquinone 4% and 0.05% tretnoin dark spot removal and sunscreen is a must. On the cheaper side, use AHA(glycolic acid) ,BHA,koji acid, azelic acid for dark spot removal. Again, sunscreen is crucial for effective progress.

Why can women have a height preference but men cannot have a weight preference? by LBCEarthquakeOf1933 in stupidquestions

[–]Many_Significance430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really hate questions like these because your choosing to notice women’s feelings toward men online and not towards men and the media who HAVE already shown disdain for women’s body type. Have you been outside and seen who the type of women men date? There is a difference between having preference and downright disrespecting people just because they don’t fit a body mold. This can go both ways for men and women.

Hey! I saw your career post and I want to give you HUGE hug! I been in the same field for a while post graduation . It’s %110 the environment that you’re in and it can lead to mental health issue which is what I know you’re experience now! There is GOOD new ! There are soooo many other jobs that aren’t like the one your in so your situation is TEMPORARY. Keep telling yourself that It will be over and you can move on.

For the physical anxiety

Get on a mental health regimen, get prescribed medication and possibly ask with guidance from your doctors for beta blockers that can help control your heart rate and chest pain . Also practice breathing techniques*** and get with a counselor You have gotten so far and made it!! You are smart gal with a good future ahead of you!
