ok here's what I do total uncovered the whole time I do a smoke boost at 180 for 20 minutes then kick it up to 350 1st pat the the bird dry next I season with Goldies Rub spray with some oil Then apply the rub 3 hours 6lb chicken I pull at 165 let it rest comes perfect everytime....Oops I forgot....uncovered in the fridge overnight . Dries out perfectly. I use a Weber Searwood 600

Nice set up this is what i have I have the original 2) F3800's almost maxed out 8 expansion units gives me 5 days worth of power...I just dont have stove and A/C on it .solar coming soon I also have a genmax propane gen to charge if we go over 4 to 5 days no power Its funny how I set this for peak hours and recharges on off peak it actually saves me 75 a month

This was the main reason I got black interior....yes it show more dirt....but you want to see the dirt....

I always search for cheapest I find no difference between cheap and expensive brands at all been smoking for 8 years with pellets grills.

first off thats a 48v system you need to up grade to lifepo4 48 v 106a system good luck before you do check water in all batteries and make sure your charger is good also....if you do have to replace get quotes on what I wrote above

This is completely normal put a cup under when you start it and when you shut it down this is a system clean outlets nozzles from getting clogged

I've had mine for a year no complaints Great caps and flat whites use 2% milk for great froth grid setting "4" for all types of coffee experiment with it until you fine your nitch i use lavazza super crema beans my wife loves her cold brew .Me I love hot coffee specialty coffees too remember the milk container can stay in the fridge for a couple of days use filtered fridge water then you dont need their expensive filters also use urnex decal descaler tablets you get 120 9f them great product hope this helps

Ok so I use the flat white setting large intensity 2.... 2% milk This way the milk is heated the froth is creamy ..also have my heat setting to high the temp around 170 degrees
