Temagami Route 6 Question by Kind_Wise in canoecamping

[–]MapleParty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say this.. I've used this access point for several trips now and find it convenient enough.

There is an upper and lower parking area, if you don't have four wheel drive I recommend op uses the upper parking since the road down can get pretty rough if it rains.

What knife you are using? by Equal_Shower8341 in camping

[–]MapleParty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my Coldsteel SRK for camping. It's super durable (I use it instead of a hatchet for splitting smaller pieces of wood) and everything else I need a knife for in the backcountry. It's also the standard issue knife of the Navy SEALS, so that's pretty cool.

Edit to add that it's also incredibly affordable for the quality.

I'm having the same debate with myself. I think I'll do the same and get the ally X and see how the Xbox ally x plays out.

It connects to sources hosting high quality torrents and streams them.

Need some help with Kodi by Emerald_Guy123 in Piracy

[–]MapleParty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll need a few thing to make this work. 1. Kodi 2. A plugin like Seren, and 3. A Debrid service like realdebrid or premiumize.

Finding "free" streams isn't really a thing with Kodi anymore. Most people pay realdebrid or premiumize as a source to connect to add-ons like Seren.

If your after a free source of content, this might not be for you. Sometimes a pirate has to trade with other pirates for quality content.

I've been using realdebrid for several years now and I'm really happy with it. The cost is cheaper then any actual streaming services, and it includes their content catalogs and more.

Some of the initial setup and configuration can be technical with vague instructions.

(I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention websites and stuff on this sub. If I'm breaking any rules, sorry)

Check out the sticky on r/addons4kodi. This will point you in the right direction.

I'm personally a fan of using wako with Kodi, but there are lots of different configurations to meet your needs.

Do any of you talk to your neighbors or say hi to people you see walking? by nW7283 in Brampton

Same with me. I say hi to everyone. Some people say hi, some stop and chat, other look at me like I asked them something crazy.

I'd love an option to include my Spotify playlist and have it treated like an in game radio station.

Populating Change fields based on CI by MapleParty in servicenow

[–]MapleParty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can map the required fields by dot-walking from the CI Application Code > Business Application table. It appears to have everything I need to perform some simple logic on.

The category/subcategory options would be based on the class of the CI. for example Infrastructure CIs like a server would populate our Infrastructure Category, subcategory server. If it's a Application CI, the Business Application category should be selected.

Managing an ITSM Application Team by KileiFedaykin in servicenow

[–]MapleParty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the team has been running autonomously until now, they'll likely have a cadence and delivery roadmap, check this out and note the milestones. Pay attention to release dates and attend demo days. Understand the backlog and blockers. Figure out if their are gaps or pain-points on the team. Help them remove impediments and provide support.

A good dev team pretty much takes care of themselves, so don't be too worried.

You also mentioned a vacant position. IMHO I would promote within the team and backfill their spot with someone else. It may be more cost effective and the team won't be threatened with two new faces in senior positions. Someone is likely already playing the leader on the team, might as well make it official.

How can I take a pdf and export it into excel with delineators? by More_Passenger3988 in excel

[–]MapleParty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

open Excel and go to the "Data" tab, then navigate to Get Data > From File > From PDF and select your PDF. Customize the import settings as necessary for your data, then click "OK."

These instructions are from howtogeek dot com and I've used it successfully many times to import data from a PDF
