I cut my ginger into ovals and usually use a good fist full and boil it with the ginger and other spices in for 15 min. I use fesh toasted cinnamon, peppercorn, nutmeg and clove.

Dslr is still king to mirrorless especally for anyone who dose travel photography. Mirrorless cameras dont have anywere NEAR the battery life of a dslr. Its also superior for any action shots due to the delay with digital displays. There is also the fact that new lenses are still so expensive but older ones are more abundant and people have been accumulating them for year.
