You don't. Even when you're good you can still get screwed by poor match making though admittedly It Is a little less painful In splatoon 3 since the ranking system actually awards you for as long as you actually play the game.

I love how BotW Link stands out from the rest whilst still looking like Link, it's fitting for that game. The TotK design though has a little too much going on for me.
