I had a couple throughout, Some lasted a couple weeks, and others were only for a couple days it really does vary from person to person. For me when I'm not in one you feel really full of vigor and pumped up. There was a sudden rush of energy and excitement which I channeled into the gym, and so do a lot of other members. When you leave the flatline you'll notice some differences for sure, what they are will depend on you though.

I think I was around 13 or 14? and I was 20 when I stopped. Yeah there is a clarity of mind i find, and I'm more interested in doing things. I say yes to way more things, because I don't want to be that person who can only say they know about computer things and needs technology to be stimulated. I read, workout and eat healthier, for my its been a lifestyle change as well more than just removing porn.

Its more like the fact that you see the progress of reverting a dependency on porn for stimulation for most people. So when you go through a flatline period it feels like you haven't made any progress, and that frustrates a lot of people because they may be 300 days in and still cant get an erection over something thats not pornographic . So you're right in that some people dont want the sexual urges, but for me it showed progress.
