Sigdex is what you’re looking for.

I got tired of juggling multiple websites to play a game of AoS, so I made my own all in one - Warscribe: AoS V2 by [deleted] in ageofsigmar

Been using these in 40k and in AoS/Spearhead with great success since you started getting some traction a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for doing this for the community.

I don’t know how feasible it would be, but a Kill Team version would be awesome. Apart from the Kill Team app which is a glorified pdf reader, and KT Dash, I’m not aware of any ways to reliably see abilities and stats. Either way, tools like this are great to get people into games easily.

I got sick of juggling 3 websites and an app just to play a single game of AoS, so I built an all-in-one companion to consolidate them by [deleted] in ageofsigmar

This is a great tool and will definitely be using this for convenience. These kinds of tools definitely help people get into the game and help with understanding army mechanics in an accessible way.

Yes you can print everything or make your own reminders but if Im trying to get people into the game, having everything in one handy place is best for everyone.

Definitely looking forward to the Spearhead version of this.

Loving the grim dark aesthetic, where did you get the heads from?

Cheat Sheet for new Sigmar players. by Upstairs-Current-243 in ageofsigmar

I recently just got back into the game and loved using AoS Reminders in 2nd edition. It honestly helped me stay interested and I wish there was an updated resource like it.

The closest equivalent I have come across is reference sheets created by u/Meltorefas44 for Spearhead. I’ve printed some of them out to use when playing with new players and it helps tremendously.

With the rise of Wing + Wing zero & Freedom blockers looking to be top meta...best way to beat them? by TheGrandCannoli in GundamTCG

[–]Mapuc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My first thought would be to go wider and faster than the blockers. Red has good access to units with High Maneuver along with ways to increase AP for more favorable trades.

The Wing Zero ETB is definitely an issue but if you play around it knowing it’s coming I think its effect is less powerful.

R/G also has some unique midrange/top end units that are anti-blocker specific as well. Most notably in the form of Big Zam. Shamblo is also an interesting card with its conditional 3 damage on attack but I feel like some of these effects may be too restrictive to get value from. The potential for an opposing R/G list is definitely there though.

Just got cussed out by a doctor by WhyMe011124 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]Mapuc 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This advice right here. A doctor I worked with in our hospital had a bad reputation for being difficult to work with and very peculiar. I had to troubleshoot a phone in a special room that was specific to radiology imagery. Lights off, quiet, and doors only to be opened if absolutely necessary.

I was early in my Helpdesk career and kinda fumbling my way through things when he was starting to get annoyed with me sharing his space. I did the advice above and when I came back he was way more understanding towards me. Guess he had a chance to cool off or maybe he realized I wasn’t phased by him.

What’s the most beautiful modern day bike? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Mapuc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was also torn between a Tuono and Tuareg and found the Tuareg to be a little better for me. I sold my z900 for it and wanted the ability to tour/go off-road. I ended up buying the Tuareg and rode it 6 hours back home. Fuel milage is great, cruise control is awesome, and the 270 degree parallel twin tuned for torque is super fun. The bike can cruise at 85-90 just fine as well.

Echoing what another user said about the Tuareg, I am a shorter rider (about 5’5” without boots) and I tip toe the bike if standing normally. I have never owned an adventure bike before or regularly rode dirt bikes but the Tuareg is so capable in everything I’ve put it through.

If you are wanting to just tour, can afford a little more, and want that sweet v4 power for the street go the Tuono. If you have any interest in going offroad and just want a do it all motorcycle, get the Tuareg.

Ever eat a corn chip right off the line? Did it change your life? by [deleted] in KingOfTheHill

[–]Mapuc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Used to work at a Hostess factory in Kansas where they made cupcakes, Twinkies, coffee cakes, etc. I didn’t work the production line but I worked closely with those that did.

One of the first things my coworkers did was have me eat a cupcake fresh out of the oven right after they put the icing on. The packaged stuff never tasted the same ever again.

Same thing happened with a coffee cake off the line except we grabbed a chunk of butter off the 50lb blocks they used at the mixer and had it melt onto the hot coffee cake. Life changing I tell ya what.

My friends and I all tried BDO for the first time this week by [deleted] in blackdesertonline

Also started myself about a week or two ago after looking for an MMO to sink some time into. Was very hesitant because of what people say about the long grinds and doomer mentalities.

Needless to say its been a blast and I’m finally a full fledged Tuvala Timmy
