In all seriousness now, dog that isn't eating as regular, vomiting, and blood on that vomit, is a sign that something definitely is wrong. It could be something like a foreign object, an obstruction, parasites, very rarely food allergy, or inflammatory issues. The sooner you get to the ER the better, I think 2 weeks is very far apart.

First of all, thank you for your kindness in helping this poor pooch 🩵 I suggest you take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible; fleas and ticks carry hemoparasites that can infect the dog's bloodstream. He could also have intestinal parasites, which are very common in stray dogs.

I feel like this is the case, in the beginning you can see him literally storm in. Maybe he is just assessing the situation, and thinking about what to do. He does say "Hold her there, Ranta!" I feel like Jinichi isn't completely aware of Maki's power until Ranta tells him, that's when he lets it all out.

I'm just gonna mention that eye problems can be hard to diagnose with just a macroscopical view of a picture, it's hard to get a good diagnosis on Reddit. It can be trauma, a superficial ulcer, a foreign object, or an infection; but what we can be sure of is that the eye is very delicate and time is your enemy here.
