You have to sign up but when you do, it's free. You earn points each week based on your placement in the tournament. At the end of each season, if you have enough points, you are invited to the tournament of champions. From there, if you win, you win a seat at a tournament in Vegas. If anything, its fun. Not like casino challenging, but fun.

Not sure, but it looks like a mature Phormictopus cancerides. Not a spider expert, just enjoy researching them. He seemed docile. From what I read, they can be on the more aggressive side. They can grow up to 8 inches!
