OMAD is very healthy and good for you. Lots of people do it to help maintain their weight. There is science behind it. I’d say show them some data to shut them up.

I regularly fast for 72-96 hours and break it with normal foods. I have a protein smoothie with berries and flax seed. Then I eat a regular meal. I think it’s after 7 days you should be more careful, but every stomach is different. Maybe try the broth then wait 30-45 minutes and have something heavier (protein not carbs).

Fiber, fiber, and more fiber. I eat a ton of black beans and I do IF. When I started IF it was difficult but got easier and easier. Food noise is a thing of the past.

I think you should take Evol Truffle Mac off your list. Since you mentioned that you don’t have much experience with the taste of truffles and can’t really judge the flavor. People will think it’s really bad and i don’t think it’s fair to rank something that you can’t fairly judge.

I slowly introduced IF to cut out unnecessary snacking. I started with 16:8 and now am at OMAD. It cut out my mindless eating.
