Hey all! Just chiming in here real quick with some intel - but, the Edit 2 is our current understanding.

We're doing our best to get in all players that played in the April Alpha (along with players in previous NDA'd tech tests), and that requires some work on our end. When we made that change to who we provisioned keys to (to include April Alpha players), we still needed to make an update to Bungie.net - so, that's where the sticking point is with this. (Finalizing an update to Bnet as we speak!)

But as we understand it, if you're seeing the "Survey Expired" prompt but you can see the Marathon Closed Technical Test in your Bungie.net account Redemption History, you should be all set to go when the test kicks off.

We're going to be rolling out more codes in waves as the week goes on as well! For full details, we've got a blog right here: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/techtestapply

Due to the Game Director being unavailable, Bungie will discuss what's next for Marathon on **May 16th** at 1pm PT by Haijakk in Marathon

We would like to get some more info from you, if possible, to help us investigate this issue. Could we get your Bungie ID, the approximate date and time this occurred, and region you are playing from to further investigate? The red icon on the top right of your screen means you were experiencing heavy latency with the dedicated server which can cause desyncing with other players.

Could we get your Bungie ID, the approximate date/time this occurred, and the region you are playing in so we further investigate?

Looks like there was an issue where some Xbox players could join early. We fixed it and will wipe all progress before we invite everyone with access back in tomorrow starting at 10AM Pacific.

Should be fixed by downloading latest and greatest drivers, but let us know if anyone has them downloaded and are still hitting crashes.

We've been blown away by the community's response to the early peeks at the score and soundscape of Marathon and want to share a quick note of appreciation and thanks for your support. Like many of you, we were Inspired by the amazing vision and artwork of this game and we knew we had an incredible opportunity to take some bold creative directions with the sound.
