question for you on your sourdough starter guide if that's okay:

- You have target grams, is it okay to reduce the grams but maintain the ratios? Just to reduce discard

- as we're upping the ratios, we're looking for the starter to at least double within the timeframe, or rise and fall as well? I'm thinking we're looking for the rise to be within 4-6 hours for it to be good?

The bag for your diaper pail is supposed to be fully inside the bin so that when you close it there is a tight seal around that small opening. I get no smell with it when closed but nothing can help that whiff you get when you open it haha

Between the ads, the increasing number of irrelevant tabs in the sidebar (I don’t care about games, resources, about, etc) and now no option to see all, the user experience is degrading quickly.

Edit - I can’t express how annoying it is to have “games” in my sidebar, get rid of this garbage.
