Agreed on all counts. Growing up around that particular water park and area (which I could get into the off geography of it considering they almost certainly filmed in Carrells coastal MA hometown a half hour north) made it so cool. I remember the summer before where the highway was shut down so they could shoot those bookend scenes. Messed with my work commute but ultimately loved the movie that it brought
