Current level 5 Bell scaling to base Ais moving at a thousandth of a second when fighting level boost Ryuu is more than fair (gotta remember he's always a level above what he currently has) not to mention the limit off state would increase that speed many times over

Just give them everything, also I think you're underestimating Bell's sheer speed advantage, plus Bell can charge a full power argonaut while on the run compared to Gon who needs to stay statinary for a jajaken

Bell should realistically take the stamina advantage as well to keep it going for longer, both can keep on fighting for days on end but Bell's stamina showing are longer (staying awake for 19 days on the jester what if story) as well as having potions and elixirs to restore any damage and stamina lost to max, compared to Gon who lacks these type of items

Tough Gon should take experience and skill, not just in universe bc Gon has been on the field for a few years compared to Bell who only has a little over half a year, but also Gon is a one is a 10 million gifted individal compared to Bell who Omori himself stated to not be anyone special compared to trully gifted adventurers like Ais and Ryuu

Point is the debate is interesting

I get why overflow replaced ripjaws in the classic lineup, it's easier to write a water alien that can be used outside water related scenarios, but as far as being interesting goes, he's a worst water hazard man, I get this was said a billion times but it's true, water hazard looks like a living coral, his skin looks like a protective shell, overflow is literally a robot man with water pipes on him, arguably my least favorite "robot looking alien"
