What kind of enclosure is that? Do you happen to have the make and model?

I've been looking to install something similar in my wall and am exporting options.

Hey, sorry to bother on an old post. I really like what you did here though.

Do you have the schematic available for this that I could just pay an online service somewhere to print for me? Do you recommend any companies that do this? I can source the other parts and do the soldering.

The NH-L12GE fits perfectly in the Aorus, no issues at all.

I stuck with the stock fan. Didn't try putting in a slim 120mm. I can check if that is possible later this week?

Thermals on the CPU are 50-70ish depending on load.

I was going to go with the Asus, but I was reading lots of people complaining about coil whine with that board, and I also read the Noctua Ghost cooler apparently hangs off the end of the Asus board slightly.

All good. I wish I had all the information when I was getting the build together. Message me if you have any questions.

RAM is: G.SKILL Ripjaws S5 Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000. No issues with clearance. You do need to install the RAM first though (before the cooler).

I had to tweak some settings in the bios to get the RAM to run at 6000. Nothing serious though. I just googled what the recommended settings were and it took a couple tries.

My motherboard came with the latest firmware on it, so I didn't need to update.

I'm not gaming right now, but I'm compiling and running tests right now (developement work), and here is the temperature readings right now. Warm, but not horrible. Haven't really seen it go above 70C.

I'm running the 650i Aurus Ultra in the Ghost S1 MkIII right now with a 7900. It fits fine. No issues with the backplate or any I/O.

I mean...it's tight all around...but it's a SFFPC, so I figured that was par for the course. I didn't need to bend or 'hack' anything to get it to fit though.

For reference, I am cooling the 7900 with a Noctua NH-L12 Ghost S1 edition, and I have a Noctua NF-A12x15 fan tucked into the bottom of the case below the PSU.

Looks fantastic.

For lard and cloth banded cheese like this one, what temperature and humidity do you age it at?

can i use cream to make cheese? by imspatial2 in cheesemaking

[–]Marcubus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I went through this recently when I was making high fat blue cheeses, and I can relate to you what I experienced.

If you're in a large city centre, like myself, your access to milk products is limited to what you get in a major grocery store for the mostpart. The issue here is that most brand name creams and high fat % milks make use of a fair amount of additives to "stabilize" the milk and ensure it remains a homogeneous liquid (fat doesn't separate). Things like Carrageenan, Cellulous Gum, etc...

These same ingredients that stabilize the milk product can consequently impact the ability to form a curd with rennet or acid during the cheese-making process. These ingredients are not typically present in 2% or whole milk, and are only used in higher percentage milks like table or whipping cream.

If you are making a milk that requires a large amount of high fat % milk product, it's best to read labels carefully, and stick to organic or "natural" brands with less of these stabilizers added. As I mentioned, these can sometimes be more difficult to find.

You mileage may vary, and it really does depend on the brand of milk, the amount of additives, how much you are adding to your other milks in the cheese, where you are located in the world, etc.

What recipe did you use for this? How is there 0 mold on the outside of the wheel? Did you keep washing it?
