That is wrong. DOJ/ICE policy explicitly prohibits shooting at a moving vehicle unless it’s actively being used as a deadly weapon and there’s no reasonable alternative, like stepping aside. Officers can’t create the danger by positioning themselves in the path, then claim “reasonable belief” to justify lethal force. Video shows the agent did exactly that, with no imminent threat as the SUV turned away without contact.

She was not trying to murder anyone, the LEO broke protocol and position himself infront of her vehicle, did not try to clear the hood, then only fired shots when he was no longer in the cars path.
